Clear Build is a pre-construction design service for Denver Metro homeowners. The estimator prices a schematic design package, not the construction itself.
- What does the Clear Build estimate include?
- A price range for a schematic design package: an on-site feasibility consult, a $495 Field Report documenting existing conditions and constraints, and a 3D Design Package priced at $5 per square foot of the renovated area (plus scope modifiers). It is not a construction bid.
- Is the estimate or the consult free?
- Requesting an estimate and booking a consult are free, and no payment is collected at booking. After the consult, the first invoice depends on the outcome: a $250 service fee if the project is ruled infeasible, $495 for a Field Report, or Field Report plus 3D Design Package if you proceed.
- How fast is the design delivered?
- Seven days after the on-site consult. The consult itself is roughly 90 minutes and includes a LiDAR scan of the space.
- Which areas does Clear Build serve?
- Denver and the south metro, including Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, Parker, Castle Rock, Englewood, and Aurora. The estimator checks your ZIP code first.
- Do I need this before talking to a contractor?
- A contractor cannot bid accurately on an idea. A schematic design gives every contractor the same plans to price, so bids are comparable and change orders drop. Most Clear Build clients use the package to collect two or three bids.
