About the consult

Clear Build is a pre-construction design service. The consult is where feasibility gets decided, before you spend on drawings or a contractor.

What happens during the consult?
Roughly 90 minutes on site. You describe the renovation; Allisa Lacey checks feasibility, structure, zoning and permit triggers, sketches options, and captures a LiDAR scan and photos of the existing conditions.
Does booking cost anything?
No. Requesting an estimate and booking a consult are free, and no payment is collected at booking. The first invoice comes after the consult and depends on the outcome: $250 service fee if the project is ruled infeasible, $495 for a Field Report, or Field Report plus 3D Design Package if you proceed.
What do I receive afterward?
Within 7 days: a Field Report documenting findings and constraints and, if you chose the package, 2D current and future plans plus a 3D model of both, in GLB and SketchUp formats, ready to hand to contractors for bids.
